    No instructions on how to use it.

    Hi George, Sorry to hear you had an issue with one of our products, to use the hook remover unlock the hook and reach into the fish mouth and pull back on the levers grabbing the hook, lightly twist and pull to remove the hook, when finished lock the hook end back into save closed postition for storage, hope this helps, thanks Brooke

    I purchased this Prestige Fish hook remover for my partner for his birthday, he is a very keen fisherman & was very excited & happy to receive this device.
