Terms of Use for Discount Codes and Coupons

If you have a discount code, please enter it at checkout before you place your order.

Waiting for your code?
If you've signed up for a discount by email or SMS, please wait for your code to arrive before completing your order. Codes usually arrive within a few minutes, but delivery can sometimes be delayed by things outside our control, such as your internet connection, phone coverage, or the spam and security settings on your device or email account. If you're waiting on an email code, please check your spam or junk folder.

Forgot to use your code?
We're unable to apply a discount to an order after it has been placed. You're welcome to use your code on a future order, as long as it's still valid.

One discount per order
Only one discount can be applied to each order.

Some of our special offers, such as bundle deals and add-on offers, apply their discount automatically. If your order includes one of these offers, another discount code (such as one from our emails or SMS) can't be added. You can choose whichever option gives you the better saving.

Discount codes can be used on products in our Gripper Bundle Sale collection, as they're sold at a set price, unless your order also includes one of the automatically discounted offers above.

Discounts and free shipping
Free shipping applies to orders of $150 or more. If applying a discount brings your order total below $150, shipping charges will apply. In some cases, adding another item may give you better value, so you receive both the discount and free shipping.

Codes are single use
Each code can only be used once. If you share your code and someone else uses it first, it will no longer work for you.
